NCCS works with the Target Community and Educational Services, Inc., and currently employs one of Target's participants to support our student community.

Target, empowers individuals with disabilities to live full and productive lives. Our full range of customized services in Carroll and Montgomery Counties include community living in our homes and Apartment Program, employment services, educational and life-skills training, Day Habilitation services, post-secondary education training, and Autism Waiver Service Coordination.
