North Carroll Community School employs a tuition management company for collection of tuition. Families choosing the half tuition or monthly tuition option will be assessed a minimal service fee by the company (approximately $60.00/year) for management of the account.
Please note that the payments, for families who are financing tuition, are due on the first or fifteenth day of the month for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8. Arrangements other than this must be made with an Administrator in advance. Unpaid balances each month will be assessed a finance charge of 10% seven days after a payment is due. Delinquent accounts of 60 days will result in the student not being admitted into school until such balance is paid in full.
Families with more than one student enrolled in our program will be charged the base tuition fee for the eldest child enrolled. A second child in the family will receive a 7% discount, deducted from the base tuition. A third child in the family will receive a 15% discount, deducted from the base tuition. Fourth and subsequent children in the family will receive a 30% discount, deducted from the base tuition. Please note that all students from a particular family must be enrolled for the entire academic year in order for the sibling discount to apply. Field trip and other fees will be charged at the full rate. Families receiving other discounts are not eligible for sibling discounts.
Students needing one on one Orton-Gillingham instruction or Speech and Language Services will incur an additional fee. Please contact the school for additional information.
*Kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1, 2018, unless they have successfully completed a screening assessment and both the school and the parents decide it is in the best interest of the student to enroll.
