Now Offering NCCS Preschool
North Carroll Community School is proud to expand our school philosophy to reach children even younger. Our preschool will focus on Kindergarten readiness and imaginative free play led by a licensed teacher in our newly renovated preschool classroom. Through our whole-child approach, we can prepare your child for a smooth transition into our kindergarten program with age-appropriate structured play and hands-on learning.
Preschool Fee Schedule, 2022-2023 School Year
Attendance at a private preschool involves a financial commitment. North Carroll Community School
appreciates the fact that you, as parents, choose to entrust us with your child’s education. The following
financial information is provided for our families and prospective families of both our Preschool 3 and
Preschool 4 programs.
North Carroll Community School employs a tuition management company for the collection of tuition (FACTS).
Please note that the payments, for families who are financing tuition, are due on the first or fifteenth day of the
month. Unpaid balances each month will be assessed a finance charge of 8% after a failed attempt to
withdraw. Delinquent accounts of 60 days will result in the student not being admitted into school until such
balance is paid in full.
Families with more than one student enrolled at NCCS will be charged the base tuition fee for the oldest child
enrolled. Each additional child in the family will receive a 7% discount, deducted from the base tuition. Please
note that all students from a particular family must be enrolled for the entire academic year in order for the
sibling discount to apply. Other fees will be charged at the full rate. Families receiving other discounts such as
financial aid are not eligible for sibling discounts.
*Students enrolled in the Preschool 3 program for the 2022-2023 school year must be three years old and
potty trained by September 1, 2022. Students may be considered for enrollment after September 1 once they
have reached three years of age and are potty trained, provided that they have successfully completed an
academic screening assessment and it has been determined that entrance into the program is in the best
interest of the student and the school.
**Students enrolled in the Preschool 4 program for the 2022-2023 school year must be four years old and potty
trained by September 1, 2022. Students may be considered for enrollment after September 1 once they have
reached three years of age and are potty trained, provided that they have successfully completed an academic
screening assessment and it has been determined that entrance into the program is in the best interest of the
student and the school.
