One of the hallmarks of an NCCS education is a child’s participation in Interest Learning Classes. Several times a year, students are allowed to choose short (4-5 weeks), hands-on classes in topics that interest them. These classes are held within the confines of the regular school day. Although the topics vary each session, past classes have included carpentry, cooking, American sign language, pond studies, veterinary science, yoga, fishing, introduction to ukulele, and more!
